Condenser tube cleaning of absorption chillers
Absorption chillers, like any cooling system, require preventive maintenance and cleaning. Over time, the condenser tubes will become fouled with different types of depsoits, such as: algae, sludge, mud, biological buildup, and (light) limescale.
Goodway Benelux supplies equipment and accessories to clean the condenser tubes safely, effectively and quickly. With this type of cleaning, (nylon) brushes and tools are used to remove deposits from the tube wall. Because the brushes rotate at high speed, friction is created in the tubes. This friction causes the deposits to come loose. At the same time, the low-pressure water flow ensures that the fouling is flushed out of the tubes.
