Low Pressure Coil Cleaning

Coil cleaning is crucial for condensers, drycoolers and other air cooled systems. The coils of these systems are very prone to deposit buildup, in forms of microbiological fouling and/or other types of fouling. This could also be pollen from trees or dust in the air.

When this buildup is not removed it will weaken the air flow and this the capacity of the system(s). Coils need to be cleaned regularly. When they are full of atmospheric pollution, the airflow will drop greatly. As a result, the system has to operate more and harder to achieve the same results. This not only increases the energy consumption, but also shortens the lifespan of the system.

High pressure cleaning systems are often used to clean, while this is not the right choice. When working with high pressure, the chance of flattening the coils is much higher. This is especially interesting when larger V-type systems are cleaned, or when the backside of the coil is hard to reach due to limited spacing.

This tool allows for a cleaning from the inside out, which is also better with regards to the airflow. The most important factor, is that you do no longer have to dissasemble the fans on top of the system. Because the wonderwand is so thin, it can most of the times be pushed through the fan. Allowing him/her to clean from the inside out. Which is not only a lot less time consuming, but also greatly adds to the overal cleaning effect of the system!
