The CC-140 is a professional cleaning system for smaller, air-cooled HVAC systems. Due to the integrated water tanks and rechargeable battery pack, it is also possible to clean without a water- or power supply.
Professional cleaning of HVAC systems
The CoilPro CC-140 is a low pressure, high flow cleaning system for smaller, air cooled HVAC systems. The system is designed to achieve the best possible cleaning effect, without damaging crucial parts (such as the fins of the coils). This is because the CC-140 works entirely on the concept of low pressure and high water flow. For example, the system has a variable flow of 2,75 - 9,65 BAR water pressure in combination with 0,95 - 3,78 liters/minute of water flow. This allows you to effectively clean the coils, without damaging the fins themselves, which unfortunately often happens when using a traditional high-pressure cleaning system.
Advantages of the CC-140
The CoilPro CC-140 is specifically designed for smaller air-cooled HVAC systems in places where no power or water supplies are available. The CC-140 system has 2 integrated tanks, each with a volume of 19 liters. If there is a water supply, it can easily be connected to the CC-140 by means of a 3/4'' hose.
In addition, the system has an integrated 12V rechargeable SLA battery. This makes it possible to work without a power supply. If you do have AC power available, you can also use it. The battery will then remain full for another time when you need it.
