CTV-F2 Water Filter System

The CTV-F2 system is specifically designed to work in conjunction with the CTV-1501 Cooling Tower Vacuum System. In addition, the CTV-F2 filters the vacuumed water from the water basin and/or central collection/distribution tanks. By filtering the water, it can be reused in the cooling tower(s). This therefore results in a water loss of approximately 0% during cooling tower cleaning and maintenance activities.

The CTV-F2 is especially interesting to use for the following parts of a cooling tower:

• Waterbasins
• Central Collection/Distribution Tanks of multiple cooling towers

Operation of the System

The CTV-F2 system works very easily, you connect the drain hose of the CTV-1501 system to the filter. Subsequently, all the water that is vacuumed will be filtered. Twin filter cartridges clean tower water down to 5 microns for a better performance. The filters are easy to clean and reuse. Each filter has an area of 3.7 m2 (40 sq ft) and a filter value of 5 μm (micron). As a result, even the smallest particles are filtered. The CTV-F2 delivers advanced filtering of wastewater, while cleaning, then returning clean, reusable water to your tower basin. Resulting in almost 0% water loss during cooling tower cleaning and maintenance activities.

The filters are up to 3x reusable and can be rinsed out using a reverse flushing method. Furthermore, quick lock lids allow for rapid filter change.
