Removing of Milk Powder

A large producer of milk products and powders, was suffering from a lot of hard milk residue in the piping. Due to years of lack of maintenance, the deposits were allowed to build up layer by layer until the pipes were virtually closed. In addition, the deposit was also extremely hard, which made it difficult to clean.

The customer selected and used Goodway Benelux's heavy-duty, rotary cleaning equipment. This in combination with the heavy-duty cleaning tools (Flex-Hub) and dry, flexible shafts, allowed the contamination to be removed effectively. Now the customer uses the same equipment, but with lighter cleaning tools to continue with preventitive cleaning.
