Drying Tubes with Projectiles

Goodway Benelux offers an unique technology for drying tubes and pipes/hoses by utilizing special projectiles. Oversized foam projectiles are shot through the tubes at high speed. Due to their oversize (+ 5 to 10 mm), they remove loose deposits and liquids. Only air pressure is required, the method is completely dry. Areas of application include:

• Removal of (residual) product in production lines of food processes.
• Removal of left over fluids/deposits after internal tube cleaning of a heat exchanger.
• Removal of other particles in tubes or pipes during production processes.
