AWT-100X: boiler firetube cleaning at wood production factory

In this video you can see how one of our customers uses the flex hub centrifugal scraper to remove hard deposits in the fire tubes of a boiler. The steel ''blades'' rotate at high speed in the tubes and automatically adjust to the internal tube diameter.

Due to the fast rotations, hard deposits are removed quickly and effectively, without damaging the tube material. It is also possible to open clogged tubes. In combination with a Goodway tube cleaner, it is possible to remove almost any type of fouling that you can find in the fire tubes of a boiler.
