Introduction Spin-Grit Dual Diameter (ESGB)

The ESGB brushes are specially designed to clean straight, internally-spiralled pipes. Because these double-diameter and oversized brushes work, they can effectively and easily remove various types of soiling.

The smaller diameter cleans the superficial dirt in the pipes, while the larger diameter gets into the grooves of the pipes. At the same time, the brushes work with a small excess, which means that they are not only cleaned, but also polished. This is because the nylon hairs have a silicon carbide coating, which greatly improves the cleaning effect.

Universal Brush

An important feature of the ESGB series is that 4 different brush sizes together have a range of 7 to 26 mm (1/4" to 1"). This ensures that 1 type of brush (e.g. ESGB-075) can be used for several pipe diameters without compromising the cleaning effect. The importance of millimetre accuracy is therefore reduced in this case, because 1 brush has a larger range.

Quick-Connect vs Standard Threading

If possible, we advise you to always choose a 'Quick-Connect' version. This further optimises your cleaning processes, because the machine, flexible shaft and brushes are fully coupled in one operation. This way you will be operational with the entire Tube Cleaning Set in one minute. 

Another advantage of Quick-Connect couplings is that, in combination with the right machine, the brush has a two-sided rotating effect (rotating both left and right). This applies to the following Tube Cleaning machines: Ram-Pro, Ram-4 and the Ram-Pro-XL.
