Powerful tube cleaner
The Goodway RAM-4X tube cleaning system has been developed for the cleaning of heat exchangers tubes and various types of piping easily and quickly. The device is equipped with a powerful motor (1 HP) with a speed that is twice as high as the standard tube cleaning systems, such as the RAM-PRO and RAM-4. This makes it possible to remove heavy deposits within tubes. The RAM-4X is a versatile system that can be used for tube cleaning with or without water. The system is also often used to clean boiler fire tubes.
Applications and usage
The RAM-4X tube cleaning system is designed to remove light, medium, and hard type deposits from heat exchanger tubes and various types of pipes. Think of: sludge, mud, soot, ash, and scale. The system can be used for different tube diameters, usually from about 14-15 millimeters and up. The RAM-4X is especially interesting for the following systems/installations:
- Shell and tube heat exchangers
- Boiler fire tubes
- Falling film evaporators
- Water-cooled chillers/condensers
- Flue gas coolers
- Dry pipe cleaning of production- and vacuum piping

- Simple in use, fixed speed settings so that little training is required to use this device.
