The complete cooling tower water basin cleaning package is specially designed to remove deposits from cooling tower water basins and central collection tanks. Think of general deposits, such as:
- Mud
- Silt
- Leaves
- Biofilm
- Other types of (macro) deposits
Cooling towers are breeding grounds for dangerous bacteria, and no amount of water treatment can remove biological matter like the deposits described above. Only mechanical cleaning can remove this debris and sludge from basins. Without removal, this debris fouls heat exchangers and becomes a hotbed for bacterial growth like legionella.
The biggest advantages
The complete package consists of two devices, each with a number of interesting specifications. Below you will find more information.

By cleaning the cooling tower water basins with Goodway equipment, deposits can be removed without having to empty the entire water content. This also means that the cooling tower can remain operational during the cleaning process. This offers numerous advantages, such as: a tremendous reduction of water (drainage and import) costs, but also time savings. With the CTV-F2 water filter system it is even possible to lose 0% water during the entire cleaning.
