RAM-4: chiller tube cleaning at pharmaceutical plant

A pharmaceutical factory with several (York) chillers wanted to perform the condenser tube cleaning themselves and thereby came into contact with Goodway Benelux. After an evaluation, the RAM-4 tube cleaning system with various accessories was chosen. During the delivery and training, the customer was able to clean one of their chillers themselves.

The RAM-4 in combination with SGB brushes is very effective in removing soft and medium type deposits in condenser tubes. Mud, biological deposits, and light scaling were removed quickly and easily. Cleaning the condenser tubes leads to an immediate improvement in heat transfer and therefore a higher efficiency of the installation.
