Air-Cooled Condenser Cleaning

One of our customers had to clean a large amount of air-cooled condensers. The coils of the condensers were placed horizontally and were approximately 500 millimeters thick. A regular high-pressure cleaner was therefore not sufficient to correctly rinse/clean the coils. After contacting Goodway Benelux, our experts recommended the CC-400HF low pressure, high flow cleaning system.

Because the CC-400HF system works at low pressure (30 bar), it is virtually impossible to damage the delicate fins. Due to the high flow (12 liters/minute) it is possible to generate sufficient flow and to flush out the deposits that are inside the coil. In combination with the biodegradable cleaning agent Coilshine, the customer could not only clean, but also remove grease deposits.
