Falling Film Tube Cleaning

A multinational, active in the dairy industry, had problems with hard deposits in some falling film evaporators. The tubes were heavily fouled and some even blocked. A mechanical tube cleaning was therefore the only solution to get the tubes clean again. After having had contact with Goodway Benelux, this customer had chosen to purchase an evaporator tube cleaning package and use it themselves.

After a short period of testing, the customer could start cleaning himself. The customer was soon able to clean all tubes. The device is now part of a preventive and reactive solution to clean evaporator tubes, if necessary.
