BFP System incl. Super Scrubbers

One of our international customers had to clean a number of heavily deposited heat exchangers. All heat exchangers had between 2 and 3 millimeters of limescale in the tubes. The customer then tried to remove this with the Carbon Steel Super Scrubbers. These projectiles were successfully shot through with the BFP Big Shot system.

All projectiles shot through the tubes without any problems. Furthermore, most of the deposits were removed after the first shot. This resulted in enormous time savings for the contractor, compared to the traditional cleaning methods that they used in the first place. The project was so successful that the customer decided to immediately purchase a BFP system. In addition, various types of super scrubber projectiles have been ordered for future projects.
