Evaporator Tube Cleaning

Goodway Benelux supplies an innovative solution for evaporator tube cleaning and maintenance within the dairy industry. This system is used to remove deposits from the inner tube walls, as well as preventing them to grow into hard deposits which leads to blocked tubes. The technology is based on high speed, oversized rotating brushes and tools with a low pressure water flush. Due to the high friction, the deposits get loosened and the water flushes them out of the tubes.

• Commonly used for tubular evaporators in the dairy industry.
• Applicable from tube inner diameters ranging between 30 - 90 millimeter.
• Can be used with or without water (a water flush allows for the best cleaning results).
