Exhaust Gas Boiler (EGB) Tube Cleaning

Goodway Benelux supplies equipment and accessories specifically designed for cleaning exhaust gas boilers on board of various types of vessels. These boilers often have a large number of tubes that require frequent cleaning. Fouled boiler tubes directly reduce the efficiency of various systems on board the vessel.

In this short video you will see how the Goodway AWT-100 tube cleaning system is used in combination with flexible shafts and nylon abrasive brushes. The flex hub scraper can be used for heavily fouled (or even clogged) tubes if the nylon brushes do not provide sufficient cleaning results.

This cleaning system is also often used to clean economizer tubes on board of vessels.
