After cleaning our fire tubes with high-pressure water, a lot of deposits remained inside the tubes. That is why we have opted for a mechanical technique to remove the deposits by means of rotating brushes and tools. The more deposits inside the tubes, the more energy it takes to make steam. We are satisfied.
We use the AWT-100X tube cleaning system as an addition to our cleaning solutions because it is not always necessary to use large machines such as a high-pressure units of 1000 bar 750 hp 260 l/minute for tube cleaning jobs. The advantage of the AWT-100X is that we can use this machine with or without water, the device does what it is supposed to do and gives us a lot of new possibilities.

Het Goodway AWT-100X pijpreiniging systeem is het krachtigste toestel van Goodway, ontwikkeld om warmtewisselaarpijpen en leidingen effectief te reinigen. Het toestel is voorzien van een robuuste lucht aangedreven motor met een maximaal vermogen van 4 PK. De AWT-100X beschikt over een snelheid en torsie regelaar, waardoor de snelheid en kracht optimaal ingesteld kunnen worden op basis van de toepassing. Het systeem kan voor vrijwel elke pijpreiniging applicatie ingezet worden, met of zonder water. Dit systeem is de absolute favoriet voor (zware) pijpreinigingswerkzaamheden.
Toepassingen en gebruik
Het AWT-100X pijpreiniging systeem is ontworpen om lichte, medium, en harde type vervuiling te verwijderen uit warmtewisselaar pijpen en en verschillende type leidingen. Denk hierbij aan: slib, modder, as, roet en kalk. Het systeem kan voor verschillende pijpdiameters ingezet worden, meestal is dit vanaf ongeveer 14-15 millimeter en groter. De AWT-100X is vooral interessant voor de volgende systemen/installaties:

Kenmerken AWT-100X
Het AWT-100X systeem is ontwikkeld om zo effectief en efficiënt mogelijk warmtewisselaarpijpen en leidingen te kunnen reinigen. Het systeem is daarom voorzien van diverse handige features, zoals:
- Voorzien van een karretje met 2 grote wielen, waardoor deze eenvoudig en snel getransporteerd kan worden op locatie.
- Mogelijkheid om de snelheid en torsie te veranderen om de ideale instelling te krijgen die past bij de reinigingstoepassing.
- Zeer krachtige motor met maximaal vermogen van 4 PK, heeft een variabele snelheid van 500-3000 omwentelingen/minuut, geschikt voor zware reinigingswerkzaamheden; zoals het openboren van verstopte pijpen.
